What happens if my puzzle arrives damaged?
If your puzzle is damaged upon arrival, please email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt. We will happily replace the damaged puzzle or issue you a full refund for that item.
What happens if I’m unable to have a Puzzlegasm™ because I’m missing a piece?
If you are unable to Puzzlegasm™ due to a missing piece, please send us a clear photo of your puzzle, and we will do our best to replace the missing piece free of charge.
